PKR335 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Platform Users

1 Introduction

Welcome to pkr335. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr335 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at pkr335.app and all associated services, games, features and mobile applications offered by pkr335.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on pkr335, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkr335 platform.

• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in your pkr335 account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

Creating multiple accounts — even under different names or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances across linked accounts.

4 Account Management and Security

Your pkr335 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or accessed by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You must keep your pkr335 password secure and not share it with anyone — including pkr335 staff. pkr335 will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr335 support immediately at support@pkr335.app.

• Passwords must be changed immediately if you believe they have been compromised.
• pkr335 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Session timeouts are applied automatically after periods of inactivity as a security measure.
• pkr335 reserves the right to lock, suspend or close any account we believe has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is associated with suspicious activity — pending investigation.

You may close your pkr335 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds are not transferable or withdrawable upon account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr335 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on pkr335 is Rs 200.
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr335 account balance instantly in the case of mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 2–3 working hours for bank IBFT transfers.
• pkr335 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used must be registered in your own name and match your pkr335 account details.
• pkr335 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal on pkr335 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pkr335 support.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 20–60 minutes for mobile wallets and 1–3 working days for bank transfers.
• pkr335 does not deduct fees from withdrawals. The PKR amount you request is the amount received.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the pkr335 account holder. pkr335 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before real-money balances can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw during an active bonus period will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus on pkr335.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pkr335 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance on pkr335. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are treated separately in your pkr335 account. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available for one claim per eligible player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• pkr335 reserves the right to cancel, modify or expire any bonus at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being claimed in bad faith, through abuse of terms, or as part of coordinated exploitation.
• Not all games on pkr335 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bets using bonus funds are restricted to Rs 500 per spin or hand unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms. Bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.

7 Gameplay and Fair Play

pkr335 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all users. The following conditions apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• All slot, table, live casino and RNG-based games on pkr335 use software certified by an independent testing agency. Outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by pkr335 staff, other players, or any external party.
• All bets placed on pkr335 are final once confirmed by the system. pkr335 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, interrupted connection, power outage or any other failure during active gameplay, pkr335 will restore the game to its last verifiable server-side state. Any winnings from an interrupted round will be credited as recorded on pkr335's servers — the server record supersedes any player-side display.
• pkr335 reserves the right to void any bet or round where a technical error has materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr335 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on pkr335, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets, play games or interact with the pkr335 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in pkr335 games or systems. Any such discovery must be reported to pkr335 support immediately — exploiting rather than reporting is a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, using pkr335 to process funds of criminal origin, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent payment claims. Any player who initiates a chargeback for deposits that have been wagered will have their account permanently closed and the amount will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino or any multiplayer game on pkr335 to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your pkr335 account without explicit authorisation from the payment account holder.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr335 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game artwork, text, graphics, software, source code and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of pkr335 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the pkr335 platform or its content without prior written permission from pkr335. Unauthorised use of pkr335 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Game content available on pkr335 is provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios. All trademarks and copyrights relating to individual games remain the property of their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

pkr335 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. While pkr335 makes every reasonable effort to maintain service availability, temporary outages may occur for maintenance, security updates or reasons outside our control.

• pkr335 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, opportunity or profit arising from service interruption, technical failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, third-party payment provider delays or force majeure events.
• pkr335's total liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the claim.
• pkr335 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling beyond a player's personal means. Players are reminded that gambling involves risk and that they should only stake funds they can afford to lose.
• pkr335 is not liable for any tax obligation arising from player winnings. It is the player's responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
